Default A/C HELP!

Ok I did the LED mod behind the HVAC unit and now my A/C on my 06 xa is not working it doesn't turn on. It has to do with the contacts cause I took out the 3 spoke metal thing and tried it on the copper piece and it turns on....but when i put everything back to gether it donesn't turn on.

here's a pic of the 3 spoke metal thing making contact with the copper...

That unit is a little spendy if it is broken.. I think I priced it at $117. Hope you can fix whatever you did.

Dunno for sure but a spring that helps the contacts stay together makes sense. The problem is going to be if the spring is lost getting a correct replacement could be hard. Scion sells this unit as an assembly. The good news is that the switch unit only lists for $78.48 instead of the $117 I listed above. (the other switch assembly there lists for $117). Hope you can find the spring.
