Default carpet trouble ?

the carpet on the driver side keeps coming up ? i tuck it back but to no avail it pops back out , dont want to glue it cause i have to get back under there ? no pic yet my brother has my digital cam

i have the same issue... but it's because my power cable is running onthe outside of the carpet clip.. causes it to bluge out.... may re-run the power cable for my amp.. under the carpet at some point... but for now i just make sure i tuck the carpet in place for shows/judging

Mine does the same thing after I ran cables. I was thinking that the ultimate solution would be to stitch extra fabric onto the carpet, just enough so that it fits under the running boards so you wouldn't see it, but enough to get a loop over the clips. That's a whole load of work though.

Yup, that's what mine does. If you stitched some heavy cloth to the carpet, maybe 1/16 of an inch from the outside edge, you could secure that cloth to the clip, and the rest would just tuck under the running board.

mine dose the exact same thing the tab cut into the carpet riped right off im guessing from steping on the carpet close to the door sill i have no amp or power wire there my stereo is stock but for monitors and all in one in the dash so i think this happens to most xb im gonna go see my dealer about it

lol no way... Mine is like that on the passenger side. I actually glued it back and it held for awhile, but now i am going to screw the carpet into the metal under the sill

i think this may be a problem we should dring to the dealer lol rase hell for the till they fix our carpet lol more then likly they will just glue it lol but hell we should try
