Default DF-TOY Aux in adapter with 6 Disc HU

I've got the 6 Disc Factory HU and the USA SPEC DF-TOY, If I press the cd button twice on my HU I get the input to work. The only problem is that the HU say's that it's full with cd's when there's nothing in it. Is anyone using the same Aux In adapter with a six disc, or are they incompatible?

Call US Spec. I can't remember for sure But I believe the input adapter prevents you from using the changer with more than one cd installed. Not sure but give them a call.

I ended up disconnecting the adapter and I still have the problem. The HU says I've got 6 discs loaded and Error 3. I cant beleive be removing the radio without putting it in ship mode I caused it to jam up.

I found out it wasn't the adapter, the adapter works great. It does work with the 6 Disc HU not just the single. Three whacks to the top of the HU caused it to free up, and it works better than before.

It is a great piece of equipment works very well and is easy to useim thinking of adding Sirius Radio along with my XM so I can get a better handle on which is better. All I would have to do is push the track button to interchange between the two.

Mine works well also. My only real complaint is that the volume is not high enough to match the CD and the normal radio output. Is there an adjustment for that? I already have the Sirius receiver output cranked all of the way up.

not that I know of my volume is usually set at about 55 for a good sound. I also have to put a filter on the rca cable to get rid of a whine but I think it is my MyFi cause it did it with my pioneer adapter for my aftermarket radio also
