Default Which Dynamat pack would be good? *UPDATED*

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DYNAM...20534005QQrdZ1

For the front doors...is this all I'd need to have the two front doors done? I realize people will say "do the whole car" but I'd like to start out small and go bit by bit as it sounds like it needs it. Right now I just want to improve the sound where the front speakers are so they don't rattle as much and have a better bass response until I manage to get a subwoofer.

$50-60 for the 2 door kit (12 sq ft)

OR

$130 for bulk (36 sq ft)

Thinking the bulk is more worth the $$ for how much you get. Wondering how much the shop would charge to do both front/rear doors, the rear hatch, and possibly the floor and whatever else this pack could do...

Thoughts?

Also...if I could do only one or the other for now....should I do the dynamat to improve the bass response/quality, or get a subwoofer to take some of the bass load off the door speakers...

Go down to the eDead part. Much MUCH MUCH better value.

So that's like a spray/paint on stuff huh...interesting...

But back to the Dynamat...if I were to go that route...would that 2 door kit do the job?

That is no spray on stuff. Look again.
You're gonna spend a LOT more than you have to for dynamat. I would suggest the eDead stuff. Same basic stuff. Much cheaper.

So can anyone answer the original question? If I did go with Dynamat...is that the package I'd want?

Please...thanks...

That kit would work for sure. But you can save a lot of money by buying from eD.

I would order the bulk material. I think it comes in 75 sq ft. You can cut it to fit the doors and other places. You will still have extra to do other places later. That is what I'm doing. Bought the bulk Dynamat Extreme off eBay as well. eDead is cheaper and not bad, but from what I have been reading there is some difference between the two.

I am leary about installing it myself...

I'm totally not a do it yourself kinda guy...

Are there any how too write ups? I have no clue how to tear my doors apart and don't wanna bust something...

That's why I figured I'd just buy the materials cheaper online and then have the local shop install the stuff for whatever it costs.

Instructions are located on top of the ICE forum in the form of a sticky or

It isn't that hard to disassemble the car. Just takes time and patience.
