Having an all pioneer system?
well, correct me if i am wrong, factory speakers are made by Pioneer, so stock right out of the box (no pun) u have a all pioneer system. Personally though, i like Infiniti
I did the upgraded Pioneer head unit and like it. I have always had great luck with JVC speakers. I have found (as some of my friends in that industry have) that Alpine stuff seems overpriced for what it is (not bad stuff-just pricey when compared)
I am not a fan of sony anything as far as audio-between sound and quality I just haven't had any luck.

I know this thread has some age on it but I have to reply on this one. I've had an all Pioneer system for about 4 years man. HU, seperates, tweeters, amps, and subs. No matter what any of these haters in here say, they are a good quality product. As long as you don't buy from Wal-Mart, you'll be fine. I spent 3300 on everything in my box and haven't had ANY problems with the setup. It hits really hard and sounds REALLY good and clear. Yeah, there are better brands out there but if you go with the Premiere line up, you'll be at the top of your class when it comes to quality. Local shops that are authorized dealers are the best places to listen. Get model numbers and find them online to buy them. Trust me, Pioneer is a long lasting option and it's a damn good choice. Good luck with your purchase.
