I relocated my HU to the lower cubby last week and I thought I'd throw it up on here. I filled the empty stock location with a single DIN carbon swith plate. I didnt have time to hook up the new switches to things my car but that will be done soon as well. Enjoy....

Im actually keeping the door. The idea of moving the head unit is so you cant see any stereo components in the car and it appears to be more of a race car. I'll also be installing and hiding a 12" Alpine Type-S sub and the factory speakers will all be moved as well.

I do have an extra lower cubby if you need one. Its just sitting in my garage. I have a lot of extra interior parts... PM me if interested.

...In reality... ...interior lighting, engine bay lighting, underbody kit, and I'm going to make the "engine start" button functional. I just havent had time to rip the ignition apart to figure out the wiring yet.

The carbon does look zebra striped in the pic but thats just because of the flash. Its real carbon and I love it!

 

thats cool i tought you were gonna use it for nitrous ignition and purge kit and all that stuff
