Default Headlamps stopped working

I have an 05 Xa and the headlights have stopped working for some reason. Both of them. If I turn the headlights on the yellow marker lights come on, but that is it. If I turn the high beams on full-time, they do not come on. BUT, if I turn the high beams on momentarily by pulling the handle towards me the high beams do go on.

I pulled one of the bulbs to check if maybe it had burned out orsomething, but both filaments were intact. Anybody have any idea on what this might be?

Thanks!
