Default help with sound set-up

ey guys im new to the site and was wondrin if any1 can help me out with my plan of hukinup my tC's sound system. is the stock HU of the scion's have an RCA-out jack so i can connect the radio to an amp? my plan is to upgrade my HU last so i just want to make sure that the stock can be connected with an amp. my plan is first, buy an amp and a sub then after buy some seps/comp.speakers, last is buy a new headunit. im thinking of going pioneer all the way excpet for the amp.. might go for a lanzar amp... pls help...
