Default Help! Want to change my dome and cubby lights

ok, i got my tC a week ago and now i want to change the front & rear dome lights, map lights and possibly the cubby light as well.

i want to replace them with LEDs, prefferably white for the map lights and blue for the other 3.

i have searched the forums and found a lot of different info, and now im confused. i cant find the right ones on the sites i have been to, and frankly im feeling a bit stupid now.

Now I ask the infinite knowledge of you all.
Where is the best place to get these?
What sizes do i need to look for at these places?
and any othere info you wish to give me.

thank you in advance.

Don't feel bad about it, the search engine is really sloppy and brings up way too
many trivial responses. It's good that you searched first though, most people don't
even bother.

This is a great FAQ site for the Scion tC: http://home.cfl.rr.com/icdedppl/faq.html

For the answer to your question, go here: http://home.cfl.rr.com/icdedppl/faq.html#c1 It also gives suggestions on where to buy the LEDs from. I got mine from autolumination.com (super white accent and rear dome lights) and superbrightleds.com (super white front dome, map, and license plate lights).

Thank you for all who have responded, I got the LEDs the other day and I have since put them in and I am VERY happy with the results, everyone should think about this as it is a great "mod" for less than 20 bucks.

Can somebody tell me if the more LEDs you have in a light bulb will equal more watts? or it dont matter.
