check your wiring, could be as simple as a loose connection somewhere, but it could also be a ballast issue

what do you plug in to the factory harness? is it a plastic connector or just pins what you have to push in to the factory harness?

if pins then pull it out.. try to bend it and twist the pin just a little bit so it will grab tight inside.

if its a plastic connector then check the cables for corrosion.

do you have fender liner? ( that plastic thing goes around the wheel so the water cant get inside the engine bay)

The kit that you are running, is it a MobileHID kit? I had the same problem with the flickering and it turned out to be the ballast. To check your ballast just turn on your lights, pop the hood up and check to see if you hear any ticking, clicking, or spark sounds inside the ballast. If you do, then it is the ballast. Hope that helps,

From what my local auto supple store said, you'd have to wire them seperately with relays so that when you turn on your parking lights it will give the ballasts a "heads up" and throw some power to them before you usually turn the **** to on your headlights. I had the same problem myself and bought three freakn kits before they told me this, bumheads! Now they come on both at the same time and no flicker.
