Default How do i wire two dual 6 hom subs to sound the best?

i have two audiohbahn ALUM12Q 1000watt rms subs 2000watt peak dual 6ohm subs. Im gonna hook them up to an audiobahn A2300hct 2 channel amp.
4 Ohms Stereo : 300 x 2 (rms)
2 Ohms Stereo : 600 x 2 (rms)
1 Ohms Stereo : 1200 x 2 (rms)

Does anyone have a diagram for wiring them to 4,2, and 1 ohms?

6ohm is going to screw you up with wiring, because series will be 24 ohms and parallel will be 1.5 ohms, and series parallel would be 6ohms, So you either need more speakers, 4ohm speakers (replacements) or live with 1.5ohm (your best bet)

Here are the rest of the power ratings for the amp you are using. You could shoot for a 1.5 ohm mono load.

4 Ohms Stereo : 300 x 2
2 Ohms Stereo : 600 x 2
1 Ohms Stereo : 1200 x 2
4 Ohms Mono : 600 x 1
2 Ohms Mono : 1200 x 1
1 Ohms Mono : 2400 x 1

There are always going to be trade-offs though. You are going to be pushing your amp, and your cars charging system for that matter, to it's max potential.

Wire the subs parallel-parallel to the amplifier, bridged. This should put your load at 1.5ohm.
The image below shows Parallel-Parallel wiring. Even though it is using 2 4-ohm woofers as an example rather than 2 6-ohm woofers, the wiring is the same.

At 1.5ohm, your Audiobahn amp should be putting out approximately 1800W RMS. Since it will be using more current to produce more wattage, it will put a strain on your charging system, as previously stated by Oompwa. You may want to consider a larger battery if you have not already done so. The amplifier will also be producing more heat, so you need to make sure it will get plenty of ventilation.

I just realized the amp is an a2150hct amp. the guy i bought it from gave me wrong specs.

(MY AMP)
2400W Max, High-Current 2-Channel Car Amplifier
RMS Power Rating:
150 watts x 2 chan. @ 4 ohms
300 watts x 2 chan. @ 2 ohms
450 watts x 2 chan. @ 1 ohm
Bridged:
300 watts x 1 chan. @ 4 ohms
600 watts x 1 chan. @ 2 ohms
1200 watts x 1 chan. @ 1 ohm
Max Power Output: 2400 watts @ 1 ohm

I CURENTLY SET IT UP AS SHOWN BY UV7 TO WIRE IT TO 1.5OHMS. WILL THAT BE GOOD? WILL IT STILL BE HARD ON THE BATTERY?

1.5ohms is the best bang for you buck, and any amp will be hard on a battery, that's what they do.
