So I was bored on Sunday and decided to build an amp rack. I used the stock floor panel as the base, and will have plugs on all of the wires as to make it removeable, and retain access to the spare tire. The pics are obviously still rough, its in the bondo stage now...another few hours of TLC and it should be ready for paint.


I know the design doesnt exactly match the woofer enclosure...but I think it will look pretty good anyway.

Yea I wish I didnt angle the rack so much, made the amps sit "flatter"....but whats done is done. Its looking a lot smoother today....goin for paint soon.

Not heavy at all. I havent weighed it, but I can lift it with one hand. Plus, the sub enclosure is lighter than an mdf one would be, so it makes up for the difference.

Max2k-Read some of the online tutorials and then just give it a shot, its fun and really not hard to learn.
