I think my A/C fan is dying!
Ugh - I live in FL, and I have to blast my a/c on full blast just to get my car even remotely cool in the summer. Lately - when I turn my A/C on, I get this clicking noise that clicks with each rotation of the fan in the A/C system.
I took the glovebox off, to see if anything was stuck in the A/C system, but only found dust.
The worst part about it, is that my XB is out of warranty at 56K miles after 2 years. Anyone have and ideas as to what the problem can be?

Sounds like something is stuck in there. Either that or one of the blades broke off, and the motor is off-kilter. I would just bring it in and have it looked at. It should be pretty cheap to fix if it's just a fan. Although I don't know how the core is set up.
As far as getting it cool........try hitting the "recycle air" button. It works pretty good on my tc.
PS. Star Trek RULES!
