I'm attempting to build a "carputer" for my tC. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on moniters. I'm looking for a touchscreen moniter that would replace the radio. I'm planning on removing the cover in order to fit a larger unit. I really want jsut a plain monitor without buttons or anything on it. I'm a 4th year EE major and hooking it up to a computer won't be a problem, just finding a presentable way to mount it will. i know I saw one that was very cleanly mounted without the cover but i can't remember where. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have big plans for this system and will post many pics and specs when i get started on design and installation.

 

Lilliput or Xenarc would be good options. I have heard the Xenarcs handle glare much better.
