I like Infinity. For the price I think they are very good. I only have the Kappa Perfect sub 12" and there 6.5". I like both and sound great to me. I can' t speak for there amps.
Speakers I think come down to personal preference though. Try to find someone that has a system and listen to it. Its tough to do that sometimes though.

I had the kappa perfect 6.5 Components in my last car. Great highs lacking on the bass. I got them for under 300 on ebay so for the price they were great. Just make sure you have a sub.
