i want to install a yellow led accent kit but i don't necessarily want to get a kit from ebay or anything. i'd like to try and figure out how to do it myself and just wanted to know if anyone here has any experience or technical know how they'd like to share with me and the rest of the not so electronically inclined. thanks.

 

Honestly, the easest way would be to go to www.oznium.com
and see what you can find there that suits you.

WAY easier then wiring it up yourself!

Phil is a good guy, and sells everything from the budget LEDs
to high end imported kits from the UK.

I would generally recommend the Meteor kits, but I don't
think they come in Yellow. Might want to E-mail Phil about
that and see what he recommends.

 

Learn power, ground, and switches and you're 95% there.

 

Stand alone YELLOW LEDs for half a dollar and YELLOW cathode kits for six and a half dollars are your best bet. Pretty simple and a great value. And check out the Oznium.com forum for some installation tips: http://www.oznium.com/forum

WOW!!!!!!! the prices and selection are awesome. thanks soooo much! i ordered 20 yellow led's with resistors. i'm planning on installing them in my speaker grilles, beneath my dash, and in the trunk. if i need help, i'll be sure to ask. hopefully everything will work out. thanks!
