I just ordered 4 sets of black lights for the interior of my xB. I was wondering the people that have installed them where did you get your power source from. I was thinking about the radio but I am afraid that it may be too much pulling off of it. I am going to be installing a system some time soon as well and did not know if that would be too much power pulling off of one fuse.

Not very experieced with wiring.

piggy back a fuse. go to autozone and buy it. around 7 or so bucks. that way you dont have to splice anything up

It's more of a fuse tapper. Gives you a circut to draw from. It has a fuse plugged into it and then it plugs in where the fuse goes.

cool thanks a lot peps. I went to Autozone last night and got one for $2.00. Gonna hook it up this weekend hopefully. Will post pics for you all to see.

make sure to use a low amp fuse.

I beleive they are called "mini add-a-circuits" from AutoZone. They work great!

 

Thanks all for the help. Got it done today. Took about 4 hours. I am waiting on it to get dark so I can really see them. I will try and post some pics on Monday.
