Default Low Voltage With New Alternator

I have a 175 amp HO alternator which is a custom denso from H-O-Alternators.com

I just installed a rockford bd3001 (3000X1@1ohm). it is only running at 2 ohm putting out 2000 watts but it is murdering my car.

everything is severly dimming.

I have:
175 amp alt
0 gauge from alternator to dual batcap 800 CCA stereo batteries under the hood
2 runs of 0 gauge to the rear of the car (run of 0 gauge specific for the rockford amp)
the rear has a batcap 400 and a seperate 6 farad cap for the rest of the system.

should i move the batcap 400 in line with the sub amp? right now it is feeding off the 2 800 CCA batteries directly

should i add a second run of 0 gauge to the batteries under the hood from the alternator?

i need more juice!!!!!

grounds are good. to the frame, paint sanded, front and rear with 0 gauge

im running a grounding kit underneath the hood also

my though process is that 175 amps at 14.4 volts is 2520 watts with 100% efficiency.

I am running right now 2450 RMS, let alone the rest of the car, HID's etc...

actually the glass won't break...

the body will tear apart by the rear side door/wheel arch.
seen it a few times already.

don't have any pics, but you can talk to the man yourself.
didn't want to ruin any chances it would not get fixed (under warranty).

Billy from scioNRG on Long Island with the Yellow xB.

had 2 18's with 1000 watts.

I would remove one of the batteries from the set up. The second battery is only drawing more amp/voltage from the alternator. Unless you plan on playing the system without the car running, the second battery isn’t necessary.
Second, the amp needs some serious transient response stiffening. Make sure the cap(s) you have on the amps power line are installed correctly.
And lastly, if you headlights are what are dimming the most, then install a half farad cap on the main power supply to the headlights themselves. No matter what you have for a power supply to the car, if the amp is powerful enough to draw high current, then the electrical system will be affected.
Also, I don’t understand what you mean by the Bat cap "feeding" the two batteries directly.
