Default Max Hot and Foot Mode Switch?

I have been looking on the Electrical Wiring Diagram for 2004 xB to see where I might attach an extra Power Take Off (Cigarette Lighter) socket that was NOT switched by Ignition.

I see some empty fuse slots and I was trying to track down if any of these were "available" so to speak for my re-purpose.

This led me to something called a MAX HOT AND FOOT SWITCH which has something to do with turning on the electrical PTC HEATER which I think is for really cold places to speed the engine warm up. Or is it just to speed the cabin heater warm up?

Anyone know if this is a switch the driver is supposed to turn on or off?

Oh and where did you tap your un-switched accessory power?

Thanks.

This may help you find an always on power supply in your fuse box. There are special fused taps available at most auto stores.
I did this for my sons Mazda, where he wanted a switched power supply for a dash cam - other way round to what you want
The sound comes in after the still pictures are done, so don't turn your volume up!
