All four pieces for mine were made from a $1.99 MDF shelf from Home Depot. Everyone is correct, you are paying for labor. I have a couple of hours into mine. If they are $20, the eD made ones are a steal.
OT, but thats why I had eD make my last two enclosures. I have made many a box in my time, but nowadays it just doesn't pay to go get the MDF/measure/cut/sand/glue/staple/go buy a terminal cup etc. Design it online and it just arrives. You can go "as is" or carpet/paint as needed.
Time is money!
I couldn't find the baffles from eD on the site. Do you have a link? Also, how do I mount aftermarket tweeters? Do I need to make baffles for those, too?
Tanakasan, did you get my PM? About the cut-outs?

A little tough to find on their site, but hands down the best deal going when it comes to baffles for the xB. I plan to order a set myself for the wife's xB once we get the eDi6000 components and the NINe.4 amp.

That reminds me... I need to hit up Chris about the stickers he never sent me.

Not sure wassup. Maybe I send you just the drawing files and you can d/l the shareware proggie if it does not make it this time!
Thanks for all the attempts. We'll get it right this time, I'm sure. I PMed you 3 addresses this time. Just send the files, and I'll get the proggie. No biggie. Thanks so much for your help!

those are the least expensive and as good or better than any baffles you'll find
Doors are 6-1/2", stock tweets are like 2~3". I'll have to measure again.
The stock tweeter location will take up to 4" w/o mods for the most part. My tweets have a 4" faceplate, 2" deep magnet thats 3" diameter and they fit.
