Default My new stereo (finally)

Here are pics of my new system, what do you guys think?

Basically what you see is a Soundstream Tarantula 2 ch. amp pushing 3 Infinity Reference 12's covered with Soundstream Tarantula grilles that have 2 blue led's under each grille to illuminate the subs. Behind the plexi is the amp and 2 Soundstream 1 farad caps all back lit by 4 blue cathode tubes & just outside the plexi is 2 Soundstream Tarantula distribution blocks. I wanted to get suede to match my interior, but the shop wanted another grand just for that. Also, I have 2 headrest monitors for the back headrests...already had some there, but someonebody else wanted them more then me....

So comments, suggestions or anything!!

Very nice job.

Makes me feel the need to spend money!

Please post your ride on Scionetics. We'd be happy to have that Scion online with us.

The labor for just building the sub box and amp rack was $1500 and the equipment for everything was roughly $2500.. All paid by me with no sponsors

As for the night shot, I'll get one of those and get it up on here.. Good thing you brought that up 'cause I actually haven't taken any pics like that yet

looks good not a huge fan of the spider grills but it flows well with the rest of the stuff, you might wanna think about changing the carpet on the box with the black suede thats on your middle rear headrest, just a thought looks pretty sweet

a grand!?! you can get the fake suede that looks just like the real thing for 30 to 40 a yard and install shouldnt have been that hard, a guy charged me 700 to do my headliner and it was harder than covering a box cause i have an aftermarket sunroof, if you ever decide to change things up do some looking around cause they were bending you over for a grand to cover it in suede, still looks good either way
