I was testing my cigarette lighter for electricity (dont know why)
and when I stuck the tester in, it sparked and my interior lights
like underdash/cupholders stopped working and wont turn on.

It has no current now. need help. how can i fix this.

 

My guess is that you blew the fuse for the cigarette lighter. If your underdash lighting is like mine, it's wired into the cigarette lighter circuit, which is why it quit working too.

Check your fuse panel for the fuse for the cigarette lighter and replace that.
