Default Need recommendations for audio system!

Considering the way the XB's speakers are located in the vehicle, what would be the way to go with component speakers? I want absolutely ear splitting loud! If you would please give me recommendations for the following:

Subwoofer ( i plan on putting two 12's or two 15's)
Front and Rear Door Speakers
Ampflifier for subs
Amplifier for Front and rear door speakers

One more question...I am currently considering adding a Clarion Pro Audio DVD player with 7" screen in my XB? what is the best DVD player/screen combo there is...I've heard great things about this particuliar model but I have also heard some very negative comments.

Just to give you and idea: I have $3000 to invest in the speakers and amps.

everyones taste is different but here's what I would do:

headunit: any model eclipse
sound processing: audio control
amps: us amps
speakers: CDT audio
subs: this depends on how much room you would like to give up...if you want to hit deep run a set of 12"or a single 15" dayton dvc in a ported box tuned to 23-25hz or sealed with whatever sub you like

there is many many brands on the market and everypone thinks and speaks that one is better than others...well som of this is true but most is just hype so use your ears and you best judgement.

select items you'd like to use than it woulds be easier to give you a better idea on what to look for
