Default OEM Steering Wheel

Just bought my 2005 xB a month ago and it has a Grip Royal steering wheel currently installed. I have to OEM steering wheel and would like to put it back on however, I have one wire that I cannot tell where it is supposed to attach. With the Grip Royal, it was just taped off to nothing but when I hook up everything with the OEM wheel, the horn does not work. I thought it might be a ground at first but when I grounded it and hooked the battery back up, the horn was on constant. It is a white wire with red stripe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
