PAC line output corverter question??
I have a Tc and want to use the stock head unit with my 4 channel Kenwood amp. I bought one SNI35 converter for the front speakers and a LC2 coverter with volume **** for the sub. My question is do I have to ground the brown wires? It says ground only if there is no signal out, but what does that mean?
u dont need to ground the brown wires on scions.
make sure u DONT put everything back together though,
cuz u might need to adjust the 'GAINS' on the converters
when you're tuning your system.
oh yea! run your car on NEUTRAL for listening mode. i had it at HEAR and FEEL and it was WAY too much bass and it would bog my speakers even at 200hz HP.
goodluck man

OK, I'll ask another question regarding the line out contertors. I have an XB and I am going to connect the convertor to my rear speakers. How do I know which wire going to the speaker is positive and which is negative? Please help!
Just go off the colors of the front speakers harness. I think the line out converter uses Gray and White color wire. Just look at the front speakers wires and go off that color. So if the front right is gray use the LOC on the rear right speakers.
