Pass. Headlight only dim???

Pass. Headlight only dim???
What might cause the pass. headlight wiring to deliver lower voltage to the bulb?
I was running HID bulbs and I thought the pass. side one burned out. I have tried several known good H4 bulbs and they only light up normal on the drivers side. I'm stumped???

Did a search online and got the answer. It was a burned out HL fuse in the box next to the battery.
Wonder why it didn't come up when I searched here on the forum???
