alternators are simple beings

 

Considering that alternator is for a mazda truck (86-89) I sincerely doubt it would bolt right up. Also, for that price, you can find a custom winder who will make a 220A alternator in any casing you would like, including the ones in the xB.

 

The reason i asked was because its on Craigslist in my area for $85 and was wondering if i could make it work

 

i had a a mazda b220 1988 with 2 15s and a 2.5 cap and i went throw two of these get a 220a

 

you would need to be running a serious system that draws a ton power continuously to need to upgrade the XB alternator.

 

I have a kicker 1500.1 and a 12w7 with the big three and a grounding kit all done with 0 AWG. Would i need a bigger alternator/battery?
