I love that state of mind...I used to feel that way until I started driving 80 miles a day.

 

yeah well I drive 3.2 miles to work and do alot of projects around the house like a 300 sq ft patio extension I just finished and a 10x14 shed Im about to start for my business

plus I have the S-10 blazer thats in my sig. I just gotta get it running again after being flooded in Katrina. Its got a new 18 circuit fuse harness, fuel pump, fuel pick-up, and starter and still needs an A/C compressor which is going to be used for an air pump for the airbag system

Well Im also doing a full custom dash/center console with a 10" tv in it, 4 12" RF P2 subs, 3 RF amps, RF highs, front and rear center channels, rear seat 7" monitor, rear hatch mounted 10" tv, fully painted interior, & new carpet. Im talking to Pat that usd to be at Unique Whips to do the seats, hopefully.
The engine just needs a good spit polish as its a 94 LT1/ 4L60E w/servo swaps, Vortech polished air intake, K&N filter, Granetelli MAF, Hedman headers, PCm4less tune, 2400 stall, and probably a few things I forgot.
The suspension is a suicidedoors 4-link, AIM lower control arms, AIM 2" drop spindles, 1/2 lines, 3/8 valves, & 4 3-gallon tanks. Still need to finish the 4-link, shocks, and I might do all hardlines.
The body line is getting shaved, the windsheild cowl is shaved, the 3rd brake light is gone, the door handles gone, firewall shaved, inner fenders are getting shaved, rollpan, caddy taillights, license plate in the tailgate, shaved roof rack, and a 55" sliding ragtop

Ill post pics as it and the other 2 progress. Its been a long hard road. Im almost 31, its taken forever and Ive had to give up alot. Hell I wish I had a ride as nice as yours when I was 19. Mine was a 76 Nova, just as old as me!

nice man, I have the same style plate box, just on the left and just as tilted. Also have the same rims on mine, Eagle 212s. I got 245/45 Nitto 555s on there. I need to prime mine, but the wife hates primer, she just doesnt understand that its a part of the paint

 

been working on a few box designs lately, I think Im settling on this one with fiberglass added

 

one thing i'll never understand is the plate boxes , yuck .

well my 84 is lowered and on 17's and modified all around but to me the license plate boxes make me want to puke
