So I'm picking up my tC tomorrow and I ordered the ipod hookup. Anyway, I went down there this weekend and the salesman just let me and a friend go down in the garage and check it out. I was suprised. Two seventeen year olds and 30 cars downstairs with keys in the ignition. But anyway, I was checkin out the ipod and I was wondering where is the hookup for it? I thought it was in the little compartment by the ebrake but there was nothin there. Good question, hopefully someone will answer soon because I want to know too...I get my car next week and I've ordered it with the iPod hookup as well, but I don't know where they put it.

 

its in the center console as far as i know. in the big compartment of the arm rest.

 

That is correct - it's right next to the aux input and the power outlet.

This is great, thank you. I could have probably read the manual and figured it out myself, but I'm lazy so I would have probably left it for a year before I figured the entire thing out myself.

 

i want to get this for my car, but since its an 05, i'll have to do the wire-routing for the ipod cable myself. theres no inputs at all in my car. :-/
