that would be a yes, it is pre-wired.
the install is pretty simple too.

you don't need to remove the doorsill plate or the kick panel (the cowl is outside the car by the wipers. ). just pull out the 'coin' pocket to see the empty socket fot the relay. at least that was the case for me.
and if you search around, you could find them for about half the price of dealers.

To access the socket, remove the left side door scuff plate, the left side cowl side panel and coin box in the dashboard. You guessed it, everything snaps out of place.
