Alright I have a sponser building me a custom fiberglass box so right now I'm looking at what components to have the box bult for. Right now I was leaning towards the Alpine Type X with the Alpine MRD-M1005 amp. Went to my local audio store today and they introduced to me the Boston Acoustics G5 with the JL 500/1 amp. Was also looking into some Kickers and possibly JL W6. All about price and performance. Imput? Suggestion?
ALSO I am selling my current system which is a custom box for the tc that allows the seats to still recline with the amp flush mounted. It is 2 12" Alpine Type Es and a 500/1 Total amp (for those of you who dont know Total is JL, same company)
