Default Running XM Antenna Wire *PICS*

ok a lil guidance is needed...I'm running a wire from the back right roof in front of the tailgate and want to get up to the front passenger area either under the seat of behind the dash...any ideas on where to run the wire? I've so far come in the tail gate and then have run it under the "hidden cargo area door" to the right of the basket and then through the back seat but I'm lost as to how to get it up to the front area and still look clean...

suggestions?

also the back seat I pulled it up with a little pressure and it came up and since then it is very easy to come up...any suggestions did I mess it up?

I am actually oging to install my sirius antenna soon. What I planned on doing was running the wire down the right side of the car under the door sils. Pull the plastic pieces up and you can fit the wire under there.

Not hard at all. They just pop off. Just kind of pull out and up. They are only held on by like 2 clips. You will see other wires that are run underneath there as well.

Yeah, that's where all the wires run, along with the tube for the rear window dribbler.

Plenty of room for extra wires.

The Toyota techinfo web site has a detailed set of instructions on how to install the toyota version of XM, right down to exactly where the wires run.

Default XM ant mounting

I found out a little trick to mount your micro XM ant in the center. I took the ant apart ( work at a stereo shop , if it breaks go get a new on off the shelf ). You can then slide the thin pieces up through the top of the hatch. Now put the ant back together. Looks much better.

try holding the src button, to turn the radio off, then press and hold either func or audio, a menu should come up, look for settings that you might be able to turn on...
did you try hitting reset on the Tuner as well as the radio?
