Default Scion xB 2004 Overall Electrical Schematics

G'day All Concerned.

Newbie on the block but have been logged in for a while and chasing down, primarily, Audio wiring for the 2006 xB (Can't be beat).
I am trying to complete a ham radio install and need to run the receiver to the vehicle front speakers. I ultimately found the following:

Search: EWD529U on google

It came up with the page of:
http//www.myjdmphoenix.com/images/04_xB_wiring_manual/m_overallwiring/overalle.pdf

A complete overall electrical for the xB 2004 (even though mine is a 2006 Black cherry Red). I believe someone even slightly interested, may have use for the 28 pages of electrical info, immediately, if not sooner.

And thanks to all those who have unknowingly helped me with their additions to the forum. To the moderators, Bravo Zulu. Later, Enjoy.

P.S. What tool do I use and how do I remove the right and left door panels?

Himself, great find...Thanks for the diagram link!

Tools = hands.

Theres a plastic "push" fastener near the front edge, upper corner of panel (near sail panel) and two screws-inner release handle and inner door pull in armrest.

Door panels just pop off. Grab the inner plastic panel along the bottom edge, put your knee against the door metal so you can pull. Kind of give it a yank. Once one or two pop, the rest are EZ.

Hello,

Could you please post photo(s) of your antenna install for the amateur radio?

I am thinking of installing a 2M rig in mine. Any ideas about antenna install will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Default HF Antenna Install.

Could you please post photo(s) of your antenna install for the amateur radio?

G'Day Jaloi,

You know you drive a Scion when People ask you if the "Antenna will make it weeble wobble and fall down!"

Nice to read from you, Sir.
With a three call you must be nearby. I am in Lititz, Lancaster County. I wonder how many other tickets are out there scooting about in their Trusty Scions?
Just returned CONUS and renewed my ticket, picked up the Scion and the plates and started the install. Anyhoo, be glad to send in a writ , on the antenna mounting. I do have the photos and such and only need to get it organized over the next day or so. Will start tomorrow.
As for your 2M install, take copius amounts of pictures. Keep me apprised, as I have not got mine installed, (Alinco DR-130), nor do I have the HTX-10 in either! Slow going for sure, as it is a one man task so far. Oh well.
