Default Start button in shifter

Does anyone make a shifter with a start button on the top like in the Benz sports cars? And how hard would it be to install? Thanks, Will

Why would you want it there? Everytime you go to shift gears you gotta worry about hitting the button. It sounds like a nice idea though.

yea it does, 4 buttons on the top. $70 bucks from crutchfield. they're inset buttons so you don't gotta worry about accidentally hitting them.

I got the racerboy shift **** for turning on my Amps, PC, USB hub and Video splitter... you need to use relays with this shift **** and they are not included... I am not sure how many amp relay is needed to start the car. I recomend getting the carbon fiber look racerboy because I got the red one and it looks like cheap plastic top to the shifter I ended up painting it.

I take back my first statement, that shift **** does look good. Looks pretty safe too, I say go for it. Just let us know how it went. :D

i believe that the mercedes version is relative to having a card in your pocket or somewhere near the ignition.

the benz shift *** is reallllly recessed, i valet so i see them all the time, pretty cool, however if you wanted a real one it would be extreemly expensive due to the nature of benz's if you want one i have an account to get one and i can getr a price if you are serious but my honest guiess would be around 500 bucks....
