Well the guys over at Screenlights.com have done it again. the newest mod for the Scion xB is T.v's in the Tail lights. Unlike the headlights you will get way more attention and people jocking your car.

Yeah it does look a bit fake to me...

 

i think its pretty cool looking... but kinda goes with the lambo doors its an acquired taste.

Although I think it's an incredibly stupid idea - but my opinion means **** to anyone but me - and to each their own - but 1. 'props' (as the kiddie wiggers say) on being a little original and 2. the real reason I thought to reply... why is it everytime something fairly original ever comes up ... everyone starts yelling photoshop?? That is actually a running joke between myself and a few friends that see each other off the site... "oh man! think I should take a picture oh this and post it!?!" "yeah man! see how many people yell 'photoshop!' " ...promptly followed by everyone laughing --- knowing it's just so true .

 

With years of professional experience in photoshop, I can tell you that the pictures are 100 percent photochopped.

1. there are no screens of that size that I know of that has that high of a res to show up that clearly as seen on the picture.

2. even if it was that clear, it wouldn't show up on camera without any signs of scan lines.

3. the colors from the screen would atleast reflect off the cover from the tail light even a little bit, no sigh of that on the picture.

I stuck it in PS and adjusted the curves and it seems like the real deal. But you are right...I don't think an lcd image(especially in someone's taillights) can be that clear.

We got a new dlp projector at work today and I was actually thinking.... wouldn't it be sweet if someone put video projectors in their headlights? I'm sure someone has done it.

 

PS'd...if i have that...the guy behind me will end up rear-ending me.

yeah total PS, there is no way you can get the image so clear wihout any reflections off the housing or plastic

the reason i think its PS is because TFATF scene is the EXACT one from their ads
