Default Under Seat sub enclosure

I was looking for another company that manufactures a sub box for under my passenger seat of my xB. Quarterwave designs isn't taking orders and thier site is down. All it says is to check back. I'm leaving for college in 2 weeks and I want to get this done before then, or I won't have the capability to do it I think. Any help?

Crutchfield.com has one for $180, made by Scosche. Comes with a "cheapie" 10" sub...

The one from Crutchfield fits under the Scion's rear storage panel, not the seat.

I too would be interested in another vendor who makes an under seat sub box.
Waiting for Quarterwave Designs looks like the only option.

I'm perfectly capable of making my own, I just don't have the time. I'm really in kind of a rush. I want to get this together and installed in under 2 weeks.

I've been thinking of getting the Infinity Basslink powered box. Has anyone installed that under the seat?
It measures:14-1/2"W x 9-1/2"H x 15-3/16"D (horizontal mount)

can the scosche sub box be used when the cover is on and locked or does it need to be removed to use?

from my measurements, the basslink won't fit down there. it's just barely too big. I looked on the infinity site and every other place that offered nominal dimensions just to be sure that if I bought it, it'd fit, and it looks like a no-go. I was majorly bummed

I had the Scosche box.

The cover will lock down completely on top of it. They provide a steel protective speaker grille and paper template for you to cut the cargo cover...or not.

I listened to it with and without the cover, but returned the sub before cutting for the grille. Not enough for me.

Elemental Designs is a great value...especially with the (search for) group buy pricing. No off the shelf under seat boxes, but they will help you design (for free!) a box for you to build OR build to order if you do not want to make it yourself. Great customer service!

BTW, search for the new shallow (3" mount depth) 10" sub...perfect for under the seat.
