Just regular yellow spray paint or does it have to be something special? Do I just put that coat on it or do I have to put a clear coat on top as well?

Will that rub off when I touch it? (We spray painted something at work and everytime we touched it, it rubbed off. It was metallic)

how does it just "slide over" the existing dial? it fits securely? not loosely?

its a thin cover. that still allows the dial to turn like normal.
I have had them on for about a year and havent had any problems...
