Default cold weather + air bags = problem?

They will be a problem inside or outside if you have water in your system. It sounds easy to keep water (moisture) out but you have to make sure you run a good water trap between your compressor and tank and you have a drain **** on your tank(s).
On my S10 it froze every morning.

Yes Lilblkbox is right I just sold my bagged Ford Ranger and I live in Virginia and I put a heavy duty Water Trap on my system and drain the tank like every week. Otherwise if there is water in the line then it wouldn't air up. Otherwise I had to let the truck warm up which took about 15 min. Expect this with a air ride

so as long as you warm the car up and have a water trap between the compressor(s) and the tank, you should be all good?

im in CA - so drier weather indeed, but i recently took my xB to the snow (i posted up my Q on air + snow and cold weather about a month ago)

the biggest problem i faced was a bit o' water as well, im looking for a better draining mechanism, since the usual brass ones cr@p out pretty quickly.

on the other hand, my valves never froze (and it snowed 15" in a nite, which is alot for here) -- though im also using manual valves (VIP style)

crayon do u have any pics of your setup? I'm curious to see what your "paddle switchs" look like.

And i would def recommend using a water separator peabe. Down here with the humidity mine fills up in about 2 weeks. When i was on the other coast (Miami) last weekend for Scion Exposed 2.0 i filled it up completely from it being empty at the show. The comp. only ran probably 5~6 times at the show to fill it from 110->150. If i didn't have a water trap then my **** would be screwed very fast lol

its a good idea to add a cap full of air brake antifreeze into your tank during the colder months, you can pick it up at any commercial truck store.
