hey im new to the xB world and new to the coilover world but you two sound like you know your stuff....

question, im plannin on getting the progress coilovers because all i hear are good things. im just gettng the basic 06 box nothing done to it. Can i just put the coilovers on or do i have to have different shocks or? im new and didnt feel like searching...lazy...

i made the cross from tC to xB...now i have to leard ALL over again.

if you do the progress one the front comes complete its a shock and spring toghter, the back you dont have to get new shocks but for a $70 set of monoroes i would, they make the ride a whole lot better

okay thanks, i was just curious and wanted to get the info before i go out and start spending money on my box.

the front is the only true "coilover" part of the kit, the rear is only an adjustable collared spring. Def upgrade the rear shocks.
