Do you mean camber plates/adjustment? No, not unless you want a specific set-up for your xB.
But I have a rule of thumb. Whenever I do any suspension work, I always get a wheel alignment. I would rather pay $60 for an alignment now, than $300+ a few months down the road for two new tires.

I have Tein S springs, and I have had them on since April , no shims ,no Alignment either pulls straight , and tire wear is normal, I rotate every 5000 miles , and to me the car rides even better than stock
