And the nylock nut that came with the ES struts on top of that:

I have it set to the -8 mark on the Cusco's! Too bad i probably on have -2~3 if i'm lucky, Damn ES struts!!

The air line there is temporary until i can get bulkheads and SS braided lines made.

with everything installed still, drop the front of the B as much as you can (i couldn't let mine down all the way at the time cause of the possitve camber), and try to break it loose then. If that doesn't work use an impact gun. I actually could get mine loose without an impact gun, but if you don't have one ... do what i did when i was changing my friends springs on his 180sx, take the whole strut out (both i guess) and go to any local oil-changing shop or wherever and ask them if they can break the nut(s) loose with an impact gun. They did it for free for me at a Penzoil i think or something.
Let me know if that's not what you're talking about
I was planning on reading through this entire thread but then realized I am working and dont have 2 hours, So my question to all of you is, I have 20" wheels on the way thanks to (redneckwithanxb) and am going for show now that I have already been through the mistake of a turbo xb. I want a reliable suspension set up that is comfortable and adjustability would be GREAT! I do have a buddy that owns a nuematic show and can make all custom valves and braided lines for a air bag suspension however like I said I am worried about reliablity and comfort. Since the cost of an airbag system seems to be well over 1000 I would like to compare it to the Tein ssp coilovers with the EDHC electronic adjustable height. Is this a better option. have you got any regrets of going air? I put over 20,000 miles on my xB a year and would hate to put bags through that. Let me know your .02 cents.!
Don't do bags if you drive a lot. It's not really like the mileage will makes the bags less reliable (it could but that's not what i'm saying). It just gets really tiresome having the bags.
Like, i made a long commute to the area that my work/school was at (hour drive). When i was in that area i was running around to school, work, places for food, etc. Everytime i parked i wanted to drop the car cause that was the reason i had bags you know, then when i got in i had to raise everything, listen and feel to see if anythings changed, make sure the tank kicks on, make sure i'm up high enough, etc etc.
I ended up selling all the stuff and going back to Tanabe springs and Monroe shocks and struts. I wanted my xB to more of a daily driver that i could just hop in and go but it looked a little better than stock (IMO it does at least).
Just depends on what you're looking to get out of it i guess

I guess i kind of lost interest though, i recently just bought my first bike (Kawi Ninja 250 w00t) only saying this cause i see you have a ZX7 :D

I have rode for over 2 years on a street bike and have had my fair amount of close encounters but just 4 weeks ago March 8th I should have died. I was riding down the street from my house to my buddies (2 1/2 blocks) decided wearing my full leathers and helmet was not needed due to the short trip, I got 1 block and a cop pulls my buddy over for doing a wheelie ( idiot did it right infront of the cop) I keep going because I was not speeding or driving wreckless and just around the corner I see lights flashing behind me. I look behind to see another cop pulling me over. Confused I look back at her mostly questioning why and for that 2 seconds I veered off the road just enough to hit a small 3" high divider. I hit it going 50mph and flew 154 yards ( Yes that is a huge distance but once I receive the police report I will scan it and post it on here.) I missed a semi, 2 cars, a highway sign, and a barbed wire fence. I ended up fracturing my sternum, tore both rotator cuffs, and got road rash from head to toe. I now more then a month later still have open wounds and some bad scars to show for it. I have realized that its not a matter if you will die riding a motorcycle its just a matter of when. I belive this 100% and ask you to highly rethink your puchase for yourself and familys sake. Trust me they are a blast and I have NEVER had more fun in my life but I will not step on a motorcycle again.
Sorry for the thread jack I will post this in another forum and delete this soon! Thanks for the help and hope you take this to heart.

Sorry to hear about what happened to you man. I'm on another forum locally with a lot of car enthusiasts and bikers etc. Few of them had some bad wrecks and i read through all they're posts and it was shocking. I really don't want to stop though ... i mean i kind of wish i never bought it, but i really don't want to sell it and loose a lot of money (i would have to in order to sell it, i'm talking around $2000, almost the MSRP of the bike new).
I'm going to take your post as more reinforcement to the fact that i should never go near my bike without my gear on, at least helmet, jacket, and gloves (which is all i have right now, i just started riding about 3 weeks ago and i plan to get much better stuff asap).
I think the smaller bike will keep me out of more possible trouble though, it's definitely enough to kill me or anyone so i don't think that cause it's smaller cc's i won't die, but at the same time i'm not tempted to do 120 and do wheelies etc ... i'm more interested in keeping other drivers from getting to close to me lol.
I'm glad to hear/see that you lived man. Do you think you would've been a lot better off in full gear or would it have not made much of a difference? Just curious to see what your opinion is.

I have some gear that works great if you wear it! HJC HELMET, Icon jackets, and carbon fiber Joerocket gloves! Well over 800 bucks worth of stuff but of no use to me let me know if you want some!

I'm back into the 4-wheel word haha, thinking of doing some one-off ish to the xB
