Default Question on Energy Suspension Bushings installation

I bought the value pack with all the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings that are made for the 1st gen xb. I go to my shop, and turns out it costs over $400 to have these installed! Here is what I have and what the shop is charging per item:

•Polyurethane Front Sway Bar Bushings and Endlinks $30 install
•Polyurethane Rear Trailing Arm Bushings $140 install w/ air hammer
•Polyurethane Front Control Arm Bushings $140 install w/ press
•Polyurethane Motor Mounts $140 w/ press

Sounds like these are a bee-otch to install and will cost a fortune! Do these prices sound reasonable to you? The shop said to ask around for other estimates just to make sure and they will match the price...

You can definitely do the swaybar endlinks yourself in about 20 minutes.

I can't say anything about the others.

If you're willing to drive to the the San Fernando Valley, I can probably install if for you at my buddy's shop, if he's not too busy with his own work. I know exactly how to install these considering I had these bushings R&D'd on my car at Energy Suspension. I'll PM you my phone number if you're interested.
