Default 225/40/18 essenza tires?

Does anyone know how these tires are? I saw them really cheap on ebay and they say they are made by goodyear. Does anyone roll on these? Please help.

& you are wanting to put that onto a xB? That is a 25" tall tire, I would see some major rubbing going on seeing the stock tire is around 24" tall. I could see running a 225/35R18 but not the 225/40R18. The 225/35R18 is a little over 24" tall, more like the JDM 185/65R15 tire size height. So look for a tire in this size & you should be gold. If you really want to run a 40 series with a 18" wheel, go right a head, it is after all your car

I see, that makes more sense then. I would just run the name through google or something & see what you come up with. If its a new tire, not to many ppl will have had it long enough to give a good review on it. Also depending on the price/performance value, maybe not a lot of ppl will/would have bought the tire.

tartman-

I'm on 'em. well, 215/35/18's and I love 'em. I can't prove that they're made by goodyear, but they good. I'm on type R's - they're not Z rated, but I drive my box daily and don't race.

I've looked for them too, for future buying, but have had no luck. I got my current set along w/ my rims from rimsone.com. give Wayne a call over there - he can probably hook you up, or point you in the right direction.
