Default help with tires

Hi, i'm new to this and I'm just wondering if Falken Ziex 512 195/65/15 size tires will just fit fine on a stock xb with steel wheels.

Need to know as soon as possible!
Thanks guys!

Stock is 185/60/15

I had the Falken Ziex 512s, and they are a great higher-performance tire for a daily driver.

195/65-15 will stick out 5mm (0.2 inch) will be closer to suspension components 5mm (0.2 inch) will fill the wheel well by extra 16mm (0.63 inch)
when speedo reads 60mph, actual speed will be 63.2mph 5.3% faster

i run 195/60/R15 and love it, gives me more of a sidewall and fills the wheel well a little better, it throws the speedo off a tad, but i dont care

if you go 195/65/R15, you may be riding retty high, if you are lowered you may even rub

I have 195/65/15 Michelin snow tires on my xa and they work great. fills out the wheelwell pretty well too. I got them from my roommate off of his passat.

Thanks everyone for their input! Really appriciate the fast response!
The reason i asked is because my tire thread is almost zero now and I found a set of used Falken 195/65/15 Ziex 512s with 90% tread for a good price so I was thinking of picking them up for my XB.
So I assume other than the speedo being a little bit off there are no other downside using 195/65/15 tires right?

Or could anyone of you direct me to a good source for purchasing tires? I live in Vancouver Canada by the way...

I run that size. You will rub occasionally on full turn lock left or right on the rear plastic panel where mudflaps would be. My car is lowered 2" in front.

I don't know if it'll rub on stock height though

Oh yeah your car will accelerate slower because of the taller tire.
