Default Maxxim Screech fitment issues? - Work Equip 03 knock off

Does anyone have this wheel? I'm wondering if it has the same fitment issues that the 15x7 Drag DR-20 has of not clearing front brakes. I like this style of wheel but don't want to have to use a spacer and can't afford the Works.

Dont know about fitment, but i stayed away from this very good looking rim because of its weight. They are super heavy for its size. 16in were like 22lbs each, i think 15's are about 20.

Thanks for the reply. Damn, that's a heavy bastard. I was torn between these and the graphite Rewinds from Konig. They're around 15 lbs, so I guess that's the deciding factor. C'mon payday.

I'm looking at getting these rims in 15 x 7, but not sure what offset I should go with. I found a site that has them in a 15 et and jlbmotorsports has them in a 38 et for a good price. I like to support sellers on here, but I'm torn between the two. Plus I might have to run spacers up front? Would it matter if the offset is 15 or 38 for them to clear? I just worried that it will not look how I'm picturing. I want to run a mild scretched tire look, too. Nothing to extreme, but a nice subtle scretch. I'm also running OTG spacer in the rear right now.

I ended up getting the Screeches from DTD with Kumho Ecsta ASX 195/60/15s, they are heavy but not enough that I've noticed a drop in mpg. No fitment issues at all with 38mm offset, but they are very close to the calipers in the front. I have shims from keoki for the rear, I just haven't got around to installing them. I'm very happy with the way they look and hope to one day be able to afford the Equips. This is the only picture I've taken of the entire car after I put them on, since then I have lowered it with Tein H-Techs.

Thanks for the info monoxide101. Just ordered a set. Getting the gold. I think I'm going to try the stock tires on them for now and decide from there if I want to go with a lower profile tire.

I know this is a old post but I just got some Maxxim Screech 15x7 38et and they are only 14lbs each not 20 just to clear that up and they fit perfect.
