Default SportMax 006 Rubbing/Grinding Issues

Hello,

I just installed longer wheel studs and SportMax 006 (18x8.5F and 18x9.5R) last night. I am getting a crazy grinding in the rear of the vehicle. I am not sure if they are the longer wheel studs that are rubbing on the inside of the drum or if the brake shoes need to be adjusted now since I took off the drums. I finished the install late last night so I didn't have time to troubleshoot last night. I was just wondering if you had this issue or have any ideas as to what it may be. I have already rolled the rear fenders so I do not think that is an issue!

I am running 215/35/18 tires in the front and 225/35/18 tires in the rear. I am also running OTG 10mm rear spacers and added Ichiba 5mm spacers to the rear as well.

Thanks in advance.

I assume one of the studs is hitting something inside. I had the same problem on one stud and all I did was loosen it. Good luck.

I am running the same rear setup except for stock studs and camber from OTG. I have had no issues what so ever with any scrubbing. So I am not sure what the wheel could be rubbing. But I did cut about 3 inches off the bottom of the plastic shock cover so the tire would not rub.

Ok, again, I am hoping it is something simple like adjusting the brake shoes. I know that many people have done this same setup, I was just hoping that someone may of had the same exact problem that they already know how to fix.
