Anyone know if there is a buzzer (or some ding-dong sound) that would sound off when a directional is activated. I installed the flashing arrows in the outside door mirrors but they aren't bright enough to catch my attention so I still find myself having driven with them on, past when needed.

I'm sure you could just wire in some 'buzz generator' to the turn signal circuit...wouldn't be too hard I imagine but I'm guessing there isn't anything that is 'standard' or plug-and-play.

I dont think theres really any type of buzzer. its always just been the noise from the relay/switcher.
