maco sucks it...
dont repaint the hot lava!
sell it, and buy a non limited edition gen1 xb and do whatever you want to it/
you will kill the higher resale value of that rs1.0
and honestly you are looking at 2-3k if you do paint it the right way...

repaint it hot lava! or perhaps a 2 tone? or repaint and vinyl it?
if you do decide to respray it, better to pay a little more up front and get a paint job that will last, rather then spending that 1k each year because the paint / clear was of poor quality, you'll spend more money doing it 3-4 times over, or be unhappy each time you see the nasty paint all faded and resent the fact that you spent money on it..
i recomend maco . erl shiev to people that are going to quickly sell the car, but still, thats the ol' "bait and switch" and thats shady...
Hate to see another RS1.0 go down but.... good luck though, whatever you decide to do - i hope it comes out nice!
i wonder how many of the original 2100 are still out on the road?
