Default Cowl or Scoop?

Okay as some of you know my box is getting repainted soon and I've got a choice on how I want to do the hood. The guy is a masterfabricator and can do either one I want.

My choices are down to a cowl hood (like two inch, three at most) or a hood scoop.
For hood scoops I have many choices. I can go WRX style (stick up a lot, but not STI style). I can do the small little raise with a generic scoop. And the final option would be like window tint and others have done with the welded in Celica scoop. All the options would be molded and welded in so its OEM look. No stick on.

So just shoot me an idea with what you think might look cool on this. If none of those options are good, just give some ideas. IMO the Celica one would be the most OEM looking option just for the fact it doesnt stick up. None would be functional at all either.

Just shoot me what you think might be cool.

1. Thanks.
2. only prob. i had w/ the hood was that the hood latch being 1/4 to 1/2in. too long (high), but i took care of that w/ a dremel to the xB hood latch mechanisim. the hood sits flush and as it should now. (VIS will be def. notified re: this deal.)
3. and no im not sponsored by VIS or any other, im soley sponsored by my wife & my twins which i am very blessed and thankful.

ah, yeah what firesquare said, don't just double stick tape on one.. but that sight has a lot of options that you could get ideas from.. that's all i was suggesting =)

personally, i like #96HS but it would have to molded in and probably wouldn't match everyone's xb, i think it would match with the grill i have though.. err.. maybe haha

yep. like i said, no stick on here i think it will be cowl unless something changes. ive decided my paint job and a cowl goes with the theme and flow of it better IMO. thanks for all opinions!

"others" would be Lowbox. The hood was his design originally, I just immediately jacked it for my own within the week of seeing it. His box is silver - has the almost totally blacked out headlight housings. - I know - off topic, but I don't want anyone thinking any credit is mine, I was only 2nd - and 2nd is the first loser. To me - it's still the "lowbox hood".

Do the lowbox scoop if you're doing one at all. Personally, I think hood scoops look silly on this car.
