The pics outside dont even do the car justice though. The first time i saw it outside in the sun, i walked out of the shop, and i was blinded. I looks really wild. I kept telling my dad fades were a thing of the past, but this totally changed my mind!!!! Im gonna have a hell of a time trying to top his paint job with the paint on my datsun........... DAMN YOU DAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had a spray booth. I love painting cars. It's just hard doing it in a garage.

Pearls and Candies are bout the biggest pains.....but the finished product is well worth it. House of Kolor has some NICE paints.

What was the total bill on the paintwork for the xB.

GHETTO CHROME!!!!!!!!!! Thats a factory wheel from inifiti, the QX56 18's. Deff not ghetto. I would actually love some nice billet wheels (intro, boyds, or bonspeeds), but they are not in my budget right now. Even if i did get a set of billet wheels, i would still chrome them. Polishing billet, or any type of aluminum wheels is a pain in the ___!!!!!!

Thanks for the comliment though.

Yeah, having a booth is very nice. Although Ted has painted quite a few cars in our garages in the past, it just takes more sanding and buffing to get all the trash out that way.
